At Employee Benefit Specialists, P.A., we specialize in the design, communication, and implementation of a complete range of employee benefit programs. Our clients vary in size from small local firms to large multi-state companies. We provide benefit programs for many industries including manufacturing firms, hospitals, nursing homes, Indian Nations, fast food chains, petroleum companies, municipalities, and unions throughout the nation.

Employee Benefit Specialists, P.A. was founded in 1967 and has clients in thirty-eight states. We are also licensed to do business with all major insurance carriers. Since we are an independent firm, we select from a wide range of employee benefit providers in order to locate the best possible products to match the needs of a particular company. In addition, our experience in designing programs for other companies means that you will receive product recommendations that have proved successtul for similar firms.

We can design a group proposal for your firm for health, disability, life, dental, vision, and telemedicine or long-term care. In the alternative, we can develop voluntary benefit choices that complement your current group programs and which are offered to your employees on a payroll deduction and potentially pre-tax basis. Combining the two programs has helped provide complete benefit packages to employees while keeping company costs down. We can also offer benefits designed for employees not eligible for group plans such as hourly or part-time.
